1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing, browsing, or using the website and services of SERVPRO Team Carpenter ("we," "us," or "our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. SMS and Mobile Communications 2. SMS and Mobile Communications By consenting to SERVPRO Team Carpenter’s SMS marketing and notification programs, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text (e.g., SMS and MMS) messages (e.g., service updates, appointment reminders, emergency coordination, restoration progress, and service request notifications) from SERVPRO Team Carpenter including text messages that may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system, to the mobile telephone number you provided when signing up or any other number that you designate. Consent to receive automated marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase. 

  • Program Name & Legal Entity: The mobile messaging service is provided by SERVPRO Team Carpenter.

  • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies.

  • Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details.

  • Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. Opt-Out and Help Instructions

  • To Opt-Out (STOP): You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number from which you received the message. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

  • For Help (HELP): If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly at (800) 981-2601 or office@servproteamcarpenter.com.

5. Changes to Terms of Service We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service at any time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of the policy and, in some cases, provide you with additional notice (such as adding a statement to our homepage or sending you a notification).
